By completing this booking application, hirers acknowledge that they agree to and abide by the CSE’s
booking policies / regulations.

A handling fee will be levied for any changes of booking arrangement after the booking confirmation letter is issued:
1st Request: $200;
2nd Request: $300;
3rd Request: $500;
4th and Further Request: $1000

Bookings can normally be made up to 3 weeks prior to the event date. For hirers who wish to make bookings more than 3 weeks in advance,
please email the booking officer to seek approval from the Facility Management team first.
Such booking will be subject to at least 10% surcharge to the hiring fee.

Booking applications submitted less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a minimum 10% rental surcharge.
Application submitted outside office hours will be handled on the following working day. Applications submitted less than
3 days before the event day will not be accommodated.

Equipment requests with less than 7-day notice will be subject to 10% surcharge.

Certificate of sport climbing instructor is required when the bookings involve use of the climbing wall(s).
